The Construction Item Budget Database is a two-phase development within the National Construction Register. The ÉTKA is an electronic database of itemised budget data for individual construction projects above a certain threshold. In order to provide realistic cost estimation data, the system ensures the collection and recording of cost data for these works in batches. The application primarily supports the work of the contractor and the experts and professionals involved in the implementation of the works (designers, contractors, inspectors). The management of budgets for family houses has been further developed. The management of unpriced budgets and budgets created by the budgeter for the sample plans in the NMTK module. The module was implemented using Java technology (Spring, Angular).
