The National Model Plan Catalogue is a two-stage development within the National Register of Buildings. The application is a complex platform to assist builders in accessing residential building plans that meet a wide range of needs, taking into account functional, sustainable, environmental and urban character. Once a selection of designs has been selected, it provides a detailed sample design, making it not only much cheaper, but also significantly speeding up the previously lengthy process of starting construction. The catalogue of sample plans can be continuously extended with new modern housing plans, 3D files, visual plans, cost calculations, brochures linked to the sample plans, etc. The module is implemented using Java technology (Spring, Angular).
