Pócspetri exhibition

The exhibition’s theme is the first show trial during the communist era. On June 4, 1948, in Pócspetri, a tragedy occurred during a spontaneous demonstration.

The large interactive DIVIT touchscreen “Timeline” terminal presents the subsequent events and the show trial, the exceptionally rapid proceedings and announced verdict, as well as its consequences, using period photos, newspaper articles and descriptions, and film newsreel clips.

On the other DIVIT touchscreen terminal, related to the show trial, visitors can find puzzle games, drag-and-drop text activities, story-telling features, and a wheel of fortune game.

On the desk, using a modified vintage telephone, visitors can select and listen to audio recordings by dialing numbers (0-9) on the rotary dial. Additionally, dialing a secret number plays a special hidden audio clip. When not in use, the phone occasionally rings to attract attention.

The period furniture and equipment related to the exhibition were also supplied by InnoTeq Ltd.
