Our new DIVIT map terminal and our archives-educational developments are on display at the Hungarian National Archives in Győr-Moson-Sopron County, Sopron.

On the “Map Machine”, you can compare different georeferenced layers of different periods using a time slider. You can filter by several categories (Building History, Economic and Political History, Occupations, Professions, Population Density) and adjust the transition as you like. You can get an accurate picture of the development of the city of Sopron from the Roman Empire onwards.

In the web-based, online pedagogical teaching interface, the teacher can administer each group, which can then create different sets of tasks from individual questions. By completing these playful tests, the teacher can get an idea of the knowledge acquired by the students.
